Position: Sales Administrator
Reports to: Internal Sales Manager
Location: Clonshaugh Industrial Estate, Dublin 17
Job Summary and Key Objectives
To provide full administrative, development of sales opportunities by email and telephone. Will be required to liaise with Camfil Group and customer alike. Supporting to the Sales team in all areas within the Business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop opportunity within customer sector by telephone, email and online.
Follow up daily account leads via multiple external and internal sources.
Administrate changes to pricing documents using relevant systems.
Throughout the day, liaise with existing customer contacts and potential customers on behalf of Camfil.
Effectively communicate central enquiries (phone & email) – price, invoice problems, etc. for customers
Liaising internally and chasing enquiries for customers.
Access stock availability for account queries using company systems.
Generate nominated weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.
Providing customer requested product information.
Supporting stock request info, liaise customers / Camfil Group.
Support communication between category buyers and Camfil.
Skills
Proven experience gained within a sales environment, covering key role responsibilities.
